OFFICERS INVOLVED IN BOBRISKY'S SAGA SUSPENDED



The NCOS has suspended all officers involved in the investigation into the allegations against Bobrisky. Among the officers are:


i. Michael Anugwa, the Deputy Controller of Corrections (DCC) overseeing the Medium Security Custodial Centre (MSCC) in Kiri-kiri, Lagos State.


ii. Sikiru Adekunle, the Deputy Controller of Corrections (DCC) in charge of the Maximum Security Custodial Centre (MSCC) also located in Kiri-kiri, Lagos State.




Additionally the Board has decided to suspend ASC II Ogbule Samuel Obinna who was assigned to the Medium Security Custodial Centre (MSCC) in Afikpo, Ebonyi State. This action was taken following allegations that he escorted a convicted inmate to a place outside of the Custodial Centre.


Moreover the Board has suspended another officer, Iloafonsi Kevin Ikechukwu, serving as the Deputy Controller of Corrections (DCC) at the Medium Security Custodial Centre (MSCC) in Kuje Abuja. 


This suspension is a result of allegations suggesting that he accepted funds on behalf of an inmate.
