ZAMFARA REJECTS TINUBU'S APPOINTMENT

The Zamfara State Government has rejected the appointment of Keshinro Ismaila as a federal permanent secretary by President Tinubu, stating that she is not an indigene of Zamfara and thus cannot legally represent the state.

However, it was found that Mrs. Ismaila is indeed from Tsafe Local Government Area in Zamfara. Both of her grandparents were born into a well-known Christian family in Tsafe town. Residents clarified that "Keshinro" is her husband's name, who is Yoruba.
