GOVERNMENT HALTS LPG EXPORTS

The Federal Government has taken decisive action to address the soaring prices of cooking gas by ceasing its export. This move aims to alleviate scarcity and price surges domestically.

The Minister stated, "We're engaging stakeholders to ensure no LPG exportation.

All domestically produced LPG will stay for local use, boosting supply and reducing prices.

We're in constant communication with regulators and producers like Mobil, Chevron, and Shell, fostering optimism for a turnaround without undue noise."
