CORRUPTION INVESTIGATION ON OGALLA ACCUSATIONS



The Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla, is under federal investigation for alleged corruption, accused of aiding oil thieves and receiving substantial sums.
