In a heartbreaking incident, Akuma Kalu, a businessman from Abriba in Ohafia Local Government Area, met with a fatal accident in Etche Local Government Area of Rivers State.
On a fateful Thursday while returning from a business trip in Port Harcourt, his vehicle became stuck on a deteriorated stretch of the Etche-Ngo Okpala road. Sadly, a 40-ft container dislodged from a truck and tragically crushed him.
Kalu, who was an importer based in Umuogele Ovom Aba, leaves behind a grieving pregnant wife.
