Tragic incident in Anambra as houseboy allegedly murdered his Master.
In a heartbreaking incident in Awka, the capital city of Anambra State, a young man named Chima has been reportedly killed by their family houseboy, who goes by the name of Chima.
The circumstances surrounding the unfortunate event have been recounted by multiple sources. According to their accounts, a confrontation between the two individuals escalated, leading to the houseboy attacking and ultimately killing Chima.
Upon his capture by local security, the houseboy confessed to using a pestle to repeatedly strike his master after being questioned about his incomplete household duties. In response to this line of questioning, Chima slapped the houseboy, which resulted in a violent altercation, culminating in the fatal assault.
Additional reports said that the houseboy continued his attack on Chima, even when the young man was lying defenseless on the floor, surrounded by a pool of blood. The victim used both a kitchen knife and a pestle indicates a deliberate intent to cause harm and ultimately end Chima's life.
The houseboy, believed to be around the age of 17, hails from the Abakaliki area of Ebonyi State. He has since been apprehended and handed over to the Nigerian Police Force, Awka division, for further interrogation. Meanwhile, the body of the deceased, Chima, has been taken to the morgue for an autopsy.
