As per a reliable source, it has been reported that President Tinubu plans to restructure the energy-related ministries. The Gas Sector, currently under the Ministry of Petroleum, will be integrated into the Ministry of Power, resulting in a new entity named the Ministry of Energy.
There are also discussions regarding the potential appointment of Nasiru Elrufai to lead this newly formed Ministry of Energy.
