Justice Binta Nyako of Federal High Court has once again adjourned the trial of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra.
The judge adjourned the case till 14th November 2022.
Justice Binta said, the issue of Nnamdi's absence since 2017, should be treated before his bail conditions. She added that Nnamdi breached the former bail conditions. Adding that issue of granting him bail is immature.
It was gathered that Nnamdi's legal team will approach the Appeal Court for bail which was denial by the High Court.
