NNAMDI KANU'S TRIAL POSTPONED UNTIL WEDNESDAY

Justice Binta Nyako ordered DSS to enable Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to change his clothes and exercise.

“I Don’t Want To See Him In This Cloth Again. This One Is Almost Off-white. Also Make Sure That You Allow Him To Exercise”, - Justice Nyako Said.

On Tuesday, a Federal High Court in Abuja suspended further proceedings in the case against Nnamdi Kanu, the jailed leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra.

Kanu's legal team, led by Chief Mike Ozekhome, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, has accused the Federal Government of depriving him the essential resources to defend himself against the charges leveled against him.

The new charges were served on them only 24 hours before the planned hearing, according to Ozekhome.
