The Rwandan President Paul Kagame has closed More than 6000 churches and mosques in his country and now demanding for a theology degree for every religious leader in Rwanda.
He said that Pastors and Imams should stop playing with people's faith and making it a business. Meanwhile, Rwanda is already a blessed country.
