BANDITS STRIPED STUDENTS STAKE NAKED IN THE SCHOOL AND.... (VIDEO)

Bandits recorded and uploaded the terror they unleashed to students living in the dormitory, at Biirnin Yauri. Is this not enough evidence to call them terrorist?
