Stretch marks are the long marks on the skin left (such as the hips, abdomen and breasts) after the skin has been stretched especially due to pregnancy or obesity.

Get lemon, squeeze the juice of a lemon into a cup and add warm water to it. 

Soak towel in the mixture and apply it on the affected area in circular motion.
