ELIZABETH NDUBUISI, MURDERED IN SOUTH AFRICA LAID TO REST



The Deputy Director-general of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN), Elizabeth Ndubuisi-Chukwu who was strangled to death on June 13, 2019 in her hotel room in the Emperor Hotel Johannesburg in South Africa gone home. 


Elizabeth who left Nigeria to attend the African Insurance Organization (AIO) Conference in South Africa, hoping to return to meet her family was killed by yet-to-be identified persons. 


Report had it easier that Elizabeth died in her sleep but an autopsy report from South Africa's department of home affairs clearly stated that she died of "unnatural cause consistent with strangulation". 


She was laid to rest in her home home on July 25, 2019 in Ihiala community, Ihiala Local Government Area of Anambra State.
